University of Alaska Southeast, Humanities Department
The captains of my boat, who allow me to keep doing what I do around here. UAS, by the way, has a flourishing humanities department, and if you're looking for a great place to earn a B.A. in English, I highly recommend you consider us. (And no, I'm not getting paid to say that.)

Criterion Collection
From their mission statement: "The Criterion Collection, a continuing series of important classic and contemporary films, is dedicated to gathering the greatest films from around the world and publishing them in editions that offer the highest technical quality and award-winning, original supplements." Enough said; support these guys!

Roger Ebert
Probably the greatest living American film critic. Two thumbs up.

Senses of Cinema
Some of the most thought-provoking essays and commentaries on films and filmmakers available on the web

The Internet Movie Database
The most comprehensive online film guide. Period.

Movies Unlimited
The most thorough catalogue for films-for-sale that I've ever seen. If it's not available here, it probably doesn't exist yet.

Facets Multi-Media
However, if you can't find what you're looking for at Movies Unlimited, it wouldn't hurt to try here. Another very thorough film catalogue.

Screen It! Entertainment Reviews for Parents
Family-friendly website that breaks down each reviewed film and lists/discusses questionable content. Highly recommended for discerning parents!

Art Gallery Worldwide
Artwork in different styles and media, including the cinema. Website offers a wide variety of features and services that enable customers and artists to buy and sell art.
